Correspondence reads: Dear Mr. Greene: Thank you for your letter of September 10, 1968. As the processing of a Deed involves numerous rather detailed steps, it is always quite difficult to predict exactly how long it will take to complete. Processing of your Deed was initiated very shortly after our letter to you in May and your Deed was issued August 27, 1968.
