Typed letter from C.E. Hinkley of Marco Island Development Corporation on their Marco Island community stationery to Wire Form, Inc. (Howard Greene's business) re: Boat Slip, Lot 14, Block 403. Correspondence reads: Dear Sir: We are presently in the process of developing the area in which your lot is located on Marco Island. Many of our customers have in the past requested that we install a boat slip at the time of sea wall construction. This, of course, is done more economically at the time of sea wall construction that at some future date. We would appreciate knowing your decision regarding this matter by August 15, 1966, in order that we may make provisions for your boat slip in our sea wall program.
