The postcard has a white border with "Condos - Marco Island Beach" printed on the bottom. The back caption reads, "Marco Island, Florida. Beautiful highrises along Marco Island's unsurpassed beaches, where year-round tropical pleasures are enjoyed by vacationers and residents. The blue-green Gulf invites swimmers, fishermen, shellers, and sun lovers to enjoy its hospitality." The postcard is addressed to, "Mrs. Malida Stockman, 27 Lewis Street, Bristol, Conn. 06010."
