Description |
White envelope. Print of artist drawing of Key Marco Cat labeled "Pre-Columbian Art, Southeast Carved Figure A.D. 700-1450." The cat is hand colored orange with a light blue outline in what appears to be marker. To the right of the cat is "PUAS AMERICA" with a swoop under Puas that is colored in light blue. The artist initialed the envelope on the bottom center. Four lines and "First Day Of Issue" stamped on the proper left side. Postmark in the center reads "San Juan. PR Oct 12 1989 00936." Color stamp in the proper left top corner of the Key Marco cat artifact with a blue background. Text on the stamp reads "USAirmail 45, Puas, America, Southeast carved figure, A.D. 700-1450." To the left of this stamp is a Ponce de Leon USA 20 cents stamp. The artist has numbered the envelope on the back bottom left corner "012/15." |
